ABOUT
MY STORY
I have always had a deep connection to creativity and style. My father, a talented artist, seemed to pass his artistic spirit down to me, and visual art became a special bond we shared. My mother, with her impeccable sense of style, also left a lasting impression. Growing up, she was a major influence on my love for fashion, dressing me in stylish outfits every day and making sure I always looked my best. I still remember the excitement of finding a new outfit in my closet, ready to be worn.
One of my favorite childhood memories was this “Ultimate Fashion Adventure” my mom took me on just before the start the 5th grade, it was huge shopping spree to Mall of America, where she let me get whatever I wanted. Another vivid memory is the time I cut huge swatches out of her brand-new tweed couches to make clothing for my Barbie dolls. Looking back, it still amazes me I never got in trouble for that. It was like no matter what she was always willing to foster my budding interest in fashion and creativity, even if it meant sacrificing her furniture.
As a kid, I watched the movie, "Clueless" on repeat—probably over a hundred times. I was captivated by the outfit montages; I could relate to the incredibly fashion-forward characters of Dion and Cher. Their desire to use fashion to inspire confidence and self-expression resonated with me. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be in the fashion industry, on the creative side if things. Throughout school, my love for art and fashion continued to grow. Art classes were my favorite, and I found joy in sketching and bringing my ideas to life.
After college, moving to New York felt like the natural next step in my journey, solidifying my path as a fashion stylist. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with an incredible range of clients and projects. From my time as an assistant celebrity stylist, dressing public figures for events like New York Fashion Week and styling music artists for their album covers and music videos, to taking on roles as a creative director and lead stylist for photoshoots with major publications. I've also worked as a personal stylist, helping individuals discover and refine their unique style. Each experience has allowed me to bring creative visions to life and connect with others through the transformative power of fashion and style.
